This year, Member Appreciation Week will take place from June 12 through 16! We’ll be celebrating our members – our most engaged supporters – with private tours, special discounts and giveaways, an extensive raffle, and much more. Please see below for more information!

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 12
1 – 3 PM | ART-MAKING ACTIVITY
Join us in the Green Studio for a members-only art-making activity to get your creative energy moving! This is for all skill and experience levels, and no fee or registration required.
3 PM | EXHIBITION TOUR WITH LORENZO FUSI
Join chief curator Lorenzo Fusi for an overview of our newest installation, Elisabeth Kley’s Cymodocea, in the museum’s Welcome Gallery, as well as a guided discussion of the current exhibition Filippo de Pisis and Robert Mapplethorpe: A Distant Conversation. Registration required. Capacity is limited.

11 AM | CURRIER ORIENTATION WITH KURT SUNDSTROM
Join senior curator Kurt Sundstrom for an overview of the Currier’s permanent collection, and learn some of the history behind both featured and lesser-known works. This event is for new members and longtime members alike! Arrive early to engage with fellow members. Complimentary coffee and pastries will be available from 10 am. The presentation will begin in the auditorium at 11 am. Registration is required. Capacity is limited.

11 AM | COLLECTION TOUR WITH BRUCE McCOLL
Join our director of engagement – and practicing artist! – Bruce McColl on a member tour of the Currier’s collection, highlighting favorite works from an artist’s perspective. Registration is required. Capacity is limited.

SATURDAY, JUNE 15
9 – 10 AM | MEMBERS-ONLY MUSEUM HOURS
Start your Saturday off with a stroll through the museum! Visit your favorite piece or discover something new – this is an opportunity for you to have the museum all to yourself. Complimentary coffee will be available in the Winter Garden Café. Members will receive a free hardcover copy of UÝRA: The Living Forest. Edited by chief curator Lorenzo Fusi, this book features the artist and exhibition of the same name, which was on display at the museum from May through September of last year. Available while supplies last.
