We are delighted to welcome Walter Denny to the Currier Museum of Art’s auditorium for a special talk in connection with As Precious as Gold: Carpets from the Islamic World. A renowned scholar of Islamic carpets, Denny is known for his engaging presentations. His lecture on the creative expression and use of carpets in all levels of Islamic society will be followed by Q&A and informal small-group discussions in the galleries.
Masks will be required for this in-person event and reservations are required.
