Nashua Days @ The Currier
Nashua Residents: Join Us This Sunday, May 12!
Please join us for Nashua Days @ The Currier this coming Sunday, May 12 from 10 am to 5 pm.
Family, culture, and community will take center stage this Sunday during our first-ever Nashua Day! There will be free admission for Nashua residents from 10 am to 5 pm, sponsored by the Nashua Endowment Fund. (Proof of address will be required upon arrival at Guest Services.) You’ll be able to participate in free, fun art activities; and learn more about some of the artists working in your own community.
This month will feature the Nashua International Sculpture Symposium. Come meet the sculptors at 2 pm to learn more about their artistic practice, as well the meaningful work symposium that volunteers provide their city.
The program will be offered downstairs, in the Auditorium, and reservations are not necessary. Looking Together tours will be provided in the galleries, which will take place at 11 am and noon. This Sunday’s tour subject is Mary Grigoriadis’s Prairie Song (1980).
