The human struggle for understanding is often an effort to reveal what has been hidden – hidden by nature, by the world, by culture and history, and even by us. During this half-day yoga and art retreat, we will explore ways that we can achieve insight about ourselves, each other, and our world, and bring to light important truths that have been overlooked, forgotten, or otherwise concealed.

COST: $150, includes *vegan lunch provided by Green Beautiful Café. Please note that members receive 10% off – visit this link to learn more about the benefits of becoming a museum member!

This retreat, the final in our three-part Embodiment: Yoga and Art Retreat series, will provide us with an opportunity to enhance our self-awareness and reconsider our assumptions about history, culture, and identity.
