AFV: Watercolor for Beginners with Peter Clive

Join this class and discover the beautiful, free, and fluid nature of watercolor painting! Using a comprehensive, step-by-step approach, students will learn about brushes, paint, paper, color mixing, as well as various ways to apply the paint. Intended for beginners and students with some experience, this class is for those who want to paint with watercolors, The mission is to enjoy, have fun, and create! All materials are provided for use during class time.
AFV: Fundamentals of Drawing with Peter Clive

Are you interested in learning to draw or developing the skills you already have? Working with other Veterans, this course takes a traditional approach to drawing by learning to see the relationship between line, shape, value, texture, and space. Instructor-led demonstrations in the classroom, accompanied by looking at works in the Currier collection will help students explore the subtlety of form, gain creative confidence, increase their technical skills, and have some fun! All materials are provided for use during class time.
