February Vacation Week Schedule:

 

In-person Art Camp (ages 6 to 10) and Art Ventures (ages 11 to 14)

  • Days and time: February 28 through March 4, Monday through Friday, 9:30 am to 4 pm.
  • Student Drop off: 9:15 to 9:30 am inside the museum lobby. Students will need to be signed in daily.
  • Student Pick up: 4 pm inside the museum lobby. Students will need to be signed out daily.
  • Lunch/ Recess / Breaks: Please pack full lunches, snacks, and plenty of water for your child. Students will have two snack breaks throughout the day one in the morning and one later in the afternoon. Lunch is scheduled for 30 minutes at noon. Refrigerator and microwave will not be available to students. All food must be sesame and nut-free! 
  • Museum Tours: All students will participate in docent/teacher guided tour of the galleries and specific artwork during the week.
  • Student Exhibition: Thursday at 3:45 pm in the studios on the lower level of the museum, students will display their artwork created during the week, family members are welcome to come and view the artwork! Please check in at the main entrance with guest services when you arrive.
  • What to wear: Please remember students will be involved in using various materials throughout the week, this will include paints, markers, ink, plaster, glue, and other messy materials. Please wear clothing that is appropriate for art making, items that you do not mind getting dirty or stained. Smocks will not be provided.

 

Masks and Vaccine Policy:

Masks are required for all students, camp assistants, and instructors in the classroom spaces and inside the museum.

For your safety, all staff is fully vaccinated. In an on-going effort to protect the health and well-being of all our guests and staff, the Currier has implemented a temporary new policy requiring proof of vaccination. We will ask all guests to the museum who are aged 5 and above to produce proof of vaccination, and for those 18 and older, an ID card. As such, we are asking that all students registering in our in-person classes please provide proof of vaccination on the first day of class.
