Art for Vets is an art-focused program that offers unique and FREE opportunities for veterans, active service members, and their families to come together and experience the benefits of the creative experience at the Currier Museum of Art.
Free Admission

Connect socially through art-viewing, creative art activities, and guided conversations in the galleries of the Currier Museum. The program emphasizes personal development, respite, relationship building, and mindful awareness. More information is available here.
The Currier Museum of Art’s professional teaching artists are launching online or in-person small group art tutorials for veterans and active service members. Fields of study include drawing, watercolor painting, acrylic painting, and bookmaking. You will receive individual guidance and feedback from instructors. No matter your skill level, you will find a safe and creative place to connect and express yourself through the therapeutic nature of art. More information is available here.
Scholarships for Vets, Active Service Members, and their Families
The Currier Museum provides veterans of all ages and abilities the opportunity to enroll in any of our art classes and vacation art camps for children, free of charge. Offered on the third Saturday of every month, this festive family day brings veterans, active military members, and their families together at the Currier Museum. Free access to the galleries, fun art activities, and complimentary lunch provided ($15 limit per person). More information can be found here.
