From dark tree trunks against new leaves to rushing waterfalls and delicate flowers, early spring offers abundance in one of the most beautiful palettes of color available to artists. Join master pastelist Robert Carsten and explore spring’s wonders and joys in a style leaning towards impressionism in this fun and informative workshop. We will work from our own photos. Techniques demonstration and discussion, a museum tour led by the instructor, helpful at-easel critiques and lots of painting time will make this a fun and memorable experience with this nationally known instructor, arts writer and juror. All levels welcome.
Suggested materials list will be provided upon registration.
Lunch is available for purchase at the Currier’s Winter Garden Café.
