Think how a sprocket or cog can be transformed into a flower … a pair of glasses into a bicycle (for a mouse!) –cams, rods and pistons into a magical forest. Using the museum’s collection as your starting point, you’ll invent and create beautiful and whimsical art objects and environments using or referencing mechanical “things” along with traditional paint, pencils, paper and clay.
